We cannot always guarantee a specific delivery time (except for funeral/event). Deliveries are made between 8am-6pm, usually before 4pm. We will notify through email/sms when your delivery has been made.
As Florists, we thrive when we are given the space to relish in our creativity. With this freedom, we may be able to incorporate more seasonal, not-your-average flowers/greenery, which are limited in stock that work beautifully with our selected container. When you select your color palette and size, we will design something special :)

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
