It has been a while since I ordered flowers and wanted to find a small local business to support. It seems the days of calling a number, speaking to the proprietor and placing an order are long gone...but I understand. I did a web search and tried calling a competitor first and it was a disaster. I spoke with someone from an obvious call center that would not stop reading their script long enough to answer a few questions. The bait and switch tactics of their website were equally unappealing. That is when I decided to dig a little further, using 'Maps' to find Love Flowers & Gifts. The online ordering was the way to go and the final result was perfect!
