Deliveries are made anytime between 10AM- 6PM EST. Normally, all deliveries are made by 4PM EST. *NO SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME IS GUARANTEED, in the exception of funeral arrangements. We always try our best to swiftly and safely deliver your arrangement.

An email will be sent to confirm your delivery has been made. We try our best to send a photo of the delivered flowers, however, in some circumstances we are not able to. Thank you for your understanding.
If the recipient does not receive the arrangement directly, the arrangement will be placed near the front door. *We understand your wishes to surprise your loved ones however, due to the nature of flowers, we advise you to contact the recipient to "lookout for something special" to arrive to ensure flowers are taken inside as quickly as possible.
During Holiday, Valentine, Mother's Day season, emails may be slightly delayed due to the overwhelming schedule, thank you for your understanding.
There are always a few tricks and tips here and there to elongate your flowers life. The average lifespan of cut flowers ranges 3 - 7 days, depending on flower type and temperature. Cut an inch off the bottom at a sharp angle daily. If the arrangement is designed in oasis foam, remove excess water and give cool water slowly. Keep flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, fruits, vents, and electronics. Hydrangeas may seem to wilt quickly - cut stems at sharp angle and completely emerge in water for half a day helps revive them. Orchids should be given 5-6 ice cubes per stem every week in indirect sunlight. We place flower food in vase/foam and spray moisture lock on all our arrangements for customers to enjoy their flowers a little longer. *Please bear in mind, flowers and plants are living things, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the longest life.
The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of the arrangements. The designers may make appropriate substitutions of flower or container types or colors due to availability and season that may not exactly match the photo image but will maintain the overall tone and feel of the arrangement chosen. We hand-select the best flowers available each and every day to assure the highest quality and style for each of our creations. Any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value as appeared.
If for some reason you need to cancel your order and delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order is out for delivery on route, cancellation is not available.
*Please DOUBLE-CHECK the delivery address. *If the customer has provided any incorrect information about the delivery address and we have already fulfilled the delivery to the incorrect address, We CANNOT hold responsibility and the customer will have to REPURCHASE the product, including the Delivery fee.
We all make mistakes here and then. If you are unsatisfied with the freshness of flowers please contact us at loveflowersandgifts@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. *Include a photo so that we can fully grasp the issue and remedy it accordingly. We do not provide refunds, but we will be able to replace them with a fresh arrangement. *Upon re-delivery, we’ll take the arrangement that didn’t satisfy you off your hands so please do not send them to the trash.
